Beginners very welcome! We know coming to try CrossFit can be a bit daunting but we have an exceptionally friendly bunch of members and coaches who will look after you every step of your free class!
Ideal times to come any try a class (coached by Steve or Charli):
Monday 8:15/9:30am or 4/5/6/7pm
Tuesday 12pm 4/5/6pm
Wednesday 6/7/8:15/9:30am or 12pm
Thursday 9:30am or 12pm
Friday 9:30am
